We built Mesh because
your day doesn't live in three apps.
Somewhere along the way, everyone accepted that the calendar, the to-do list, and the notebook belonged in different apps that don't know about each other. We didn't.
Mesh puts them back together in one calm workspace. Your real calendar sits in the background, your tasks slot into the gaps, and every note stays linked to the thing it's about. Personal by default, shared only when you decide.
Four things we won't compromise on.
Calm beats clever
We'd rather ship a product you can trust than one that impresses on a demo. Mesh should fade into the background of your day.
Your data is yours
No selling, no upsell dark patterns, no lock-in. You can export or delete everything you put in Mesh at any time.
Private by default
Sharing is opt-in, at the list level. Nothing about you is visible to anyone until you say so.
Speed is a feature
If a keystroke takes 300ms to register, you notice. We measure and defend that bar in every release.
A workspace you can trust for the next ten years.
Native apps for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows are on the way. Apple and Outlook calendar support are next. And we're building toward end-to-end encryption for the parts of your day that deserve it.
Mesh is built by a small team who use it every day. If it doesn't work for us, it doesn't ship.
