The short version

• We store what you put in Mesh — tasks, notes, lists, and preferences — so we can show it back to you.
• We never sell your data, and we never share it with advertisers.
• You can export or delete everything, any time, from Settings.

What we collect

Account data: your email and (if you connect one) a display name. Content: the tasks, notes, lists, and tags you create. Calendar data: when you connect a calendar through Nylas, we fetch busy blocks and events on demand to show them in the app. We store minimal metadata (event ID, start, end, calendar) so we can render your day; we do not sell or share this information.

How we use it

To operate the app: sign you in, display your data, sync your calendar, and send you the notifications you enabled. That's it.

Who has access

Only you and (if you explicitly share a list) the people you invite. Mesh employees do not read your content. If we ever need to look at a specific row to investigate a bug you reported, we ask first.

Sub-processors

• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Nylas — calendar sync.
• Mailgun — inbound email capture.
• Lovable AI — natural-language parsing and quiet inference.

Your rights

Export your full workspace as JSON from Settings. Delete your account and all associated data from Settings. Contact privacy@mesh.app for anything else.
